The short version: your profile is public because that's its job, your leads are yours alone, and we don't sell anything about you.

What we collect

Your account: the email address you sign up with (and your name and photo if you sign in with Google).
Your profile: everything you choose to publish — name, headline, bio, location, photo, links, files, and catalogue items. Public profiles are public; only publish what you want seen.
Leads: when a visitor leaves their contact details on your profile, we store what they submitted (name, email, phone, company, note) so you can see and export it. If you leave your details on someone else's profile, they receive them the same way.
Usage: when a card is tapped or a profile viewed, we record the event (tap, scan, view, click) to power your analytics. We don't build advertising profiles.

A session cookie keeps you signed in.
A proof-of-tap cookie (k_tap_…) remembers that you physically tapped someone's card, so tap-only content stays visible to you for up to 30 days. It contains a random token, nothing personal.

Data is stored with Convex (our backend platform) and served through Vercel. Uploaded files live in Convex Storage.
Payments, when they launch, will be processed by PayMongo — card and e-wallet details will go to them directly and never touch our servers.

We don't sell your data. We don't share leads with anyone but the profile owner they were left for. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

Edit or remove any profile content anytime from the dashboard.
Suspended or deleted profiles stop being publicly served immediately.
To delete your account and everything attached to it, email tech@broadheader.com — we'll confirm and remove it.
