Terms of Service
Konose is made by Broadheader (Philippines). Last updated July 2026.
The service
- Konose gives you a public profile page, a shareable link and QR, optional physical NFC cards that point to it, lead capture, and analytics. Free covers the basics; Pro unlocks more (see Pricing). Physical cards are a separate one-time purchase.
Your account
- You need an account to build a profile, and you're responsible for what happens on it. Keep your sign-in method secure.
- One handle per profile — handles are first come, first served, and impersonation isn't allowed.
Your content
- Everything you publish stays yours. You give us permission to host and display it — that's the product working, not a rights grab.
- Don't publish anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful. We can suspend profiles that cross that line; suspended profiles stop being served immediately.
Leads
- Contacts left on your profile are shared with you to follow up in good faith. Don't spam people who tapped your card once.
Plans and payment
- Pro is a paid subscription (₱ pricing on the Pricing page). Payments will be processed by PayMongo when billing launches; until then, plan changes are handled manually.
- Prices can change; existing subscribers get notice before a renewal at a new price.
Cards
- A physical card encodes a short link, not your data — you can reassign or deactivate it anytime, and deactivated cards stop resolving.
The honest legal part
- Konose is provided as-is while we build it out. We work hard on uptime and data safety but can't guarantee either perfectly, and we're not liable for indirect damages or lost business. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
- We may update these terms; material changes get announced. Continuing to use Konose after that means you accept them.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
